Hague Court Upholds 15-Year Sentence for Kosovo’s ‘Commander Cali’

Judges in The Hague have upheld the 15-year jail sentence handed down to former Kosovo Liberation Army commander Salih Mustafa for war crimes.

Hague Court Cuts Kosovo’s Commander Cali’s Sentence by Four Years

The Kosovo Specialist Chambers Appeal Panel reduced the prison sentence of former KLA commander Salih Mustafa for the crimes of arbitrary detention, torture and murder from 26 to 22 years.

Kosovo Ex-Guerrilla Ordered to Pay War Victims €207,000

The Kosovo Specialist Chambers said Salih Mustafa, who was convicted of war crimes including arbitrary detention, torture and murder, should pay compensation to some of the victims.
