Kosovo ‘Ready to Intensify’ Serbia Dialogue, President Tells Escobar

The third EU-mediated meeting for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue between Kosovo PM, Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has ended in Brussels with no concrete results.

Kosovo should rule out any further compromise

The new watchword being touted in the dialogue is ‘compromise’, but after years of imbalance and concessions it is one Kosovo would be well advised to resist.

Lajcak: Dialogue can be completed within several months

EU Special Representative for the dialogue Miroslav Lajcak has expressed his support for Vetevendosje’s governing priorities and stated that the dialogue would continue following meetings with Vjosa Osmani and Albin Kurti.

Kosovo can’t allow the dialogue to continue in this form

Overshadowed and lacking an obvious purpose, the Brussels based dialogue resumed in 2020 in the interest of the EU, Serbia... everyone except Kosovo.
