US State Department advisor says Kosovo must respect all its commitments within the dialogue, including on formation of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority.
A suspect was arrested after a man and a boy were injured in a drive-by shooting near the eastern Kosovo town of Shterpce and officials confirmed that a member of the Kosovo Security Force was involved in the incident.
Aleksandar Vucic said nine more countries – six of them in Africa – had withdrawn their recognition of the former Serbian province, claiming that now 'only 84 [countries] unequivocally recognize it'.
