Kosovo adopts the European Reform Agenda

Following high-level dialogue on the priorities of the SAA, the Kosovo government has adopted a list of priorities to help implement the first contractual agreement with the European Union.

Kosovo still dogged by status-neutral asterisk

Since the signing of a 2012 Brussels-mediated agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, Kosovo representatives have participated in regional meetings with a footnote referring to status-neutrality, which the country’s chief negotiator claimed would soon disappear. Four years later, the use of the footnote persists, albeit inconsistently.

SAA, a new phase for Kosovo

Kosovo has started implementing the Stabilization and Association Agreement with the European Union today. This is the most important ratified document so far on Kosovo’s road to EU membership.
