Opposition leaders called for mass protest against the presidential election to be held on Friday.
On Wednesday night the three opposition leaders, Fatmir Limaj (NISMA), Ramush Haradinaj (AAK), and Visar Ymeri (Vetevendosje), called a mass protest against the presidential election. The Kosovo Parliament is expected to vote on the next president on Friday at 11 am. Two presidential candidates are in the running, the current Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hashim Thaci, and Rafet Rama, a PDK Member of Parliament.
The opposition called on everyone to join them on Friday at the Skanderbeg square, where protesters have been camping since Tuesday night.
